Track and Field: Won 10000 run with time of 29:35.17 at Colonial Relays on April 2.

2019-20 (Senior)
Track and Field: America East Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Finished in 10th place in the 5000-meter run (14:28.67) at the Terrier Classic

Cross Country: Placed 74th at NCAA Northeast Regional, crossing the line in 30:15.8 (10k)… Took 31st at 2019 America East Cross Country Championships, finishing in 25:01.7 (8k) to help Stony Brook to team title… Completed Paul Short Run in 24:27.8 (8k), taking 80th overall… Took 51st overall at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 25:19 (8k) ... America East Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2018-19 (Junior)
Cross Country: Finished fifth in the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 18:17.98... Finished the Coast to Coast Battle with a time of 25:18.9... Named to All-Conference Second Team.

2017-18 (Sophomore)  
Outdoor: Finished fourth with a time of 8:40.19 in the men's 3000m run at the Colonial Relays.

Cross Country: Finished sixth in the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 18:36.13… Came in fifth at the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 24:50.96.

Indoor: Placed eighth in the 3000m run (8:57.03) at the Vince Forte Invitational (1/13)… competed in the mile (4:29.28) at the Penn 8-Team Select (1/21)… placed seventh in the 3000m run (8:43.58) at the Metropolitan Championships (2/3)… competed in the mile (4:27.46) at the Fastrack Invitational (2/10)… ran in the 3000m run (8:40.76) at the America East Indoor Championships (2/25)

Cross Country: Ran in two races: the Stony Brook Season Opener (9/3) and Wolfie Invitational (9/10)

High School 
2016 graduate of Middletown High School... Four-year letter winner in cross country and three year letter winner in indoor/outdoor track... competed in the 5K, 800m, 1600m, and 3200m… earned cross country mvp in ’14 and ’15… was apart of the national honor society…

Son of Ron and JoAnn Mangarelli… brother of Chris, Alexa, and David Mangarelli… father played football at UMass ... Engineering science major.
