Cross Country: America East Performer of the Week (10/30)... Took third at CCSU Mini Meet, completing 5k in 14:58.2… Placed 79th at Princeton Invitational in 25:20.8 (8k)… Finished 153rd at Paul Short Run in 24:53.9 (8k)... Took 167th overall at Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown, crossing the line in 27:33 (8k)... Placed ninth in Wolfie Invitational, completing eight-kilometer course in 26:37.65... Finished sixth at Stony Brook Season Opener, finishing six-kilometer course in 18:51.06.
2018-19 (Sophomore)
Cross Country: Finished seventh in the Wolfie Invitational with a time of 26:08.03... Finished the Coast to Coast Battle with a time of 25:22.8.

Outdoor: placed fourth in the men's 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:20.09 at the Colonial Relays… qualified for the IC4A men's 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:16.32 at the Penn Relays… placed eighth in the men's 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:15.28 at the America East Outdoor Championships… came in 14th in the men's 3000m steeplechase (9:12.94) at the IC4A Championships…

Four year letter winner at Kingston High School...competed in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, 4x800m, 4x1600m, and steeplechase... a two time sportsmanship award winner, three time state qualifier, and was placed on 1st and 2nd team for the Section 9 All Stars... took third at the NYS outdoor championships in the 3000m steeplechase and seventh at the NYS indoor championships in the 3200m.
