Cross Country: Ran in the CCSU Mini Meet (11:12.8)… Competed in the America East Championship (20:17.54).

2016-2017 (Sophomore) 
Named to the America East Fall Honor for 2016 

Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m run (5:24.68) at the Metropolitan Championships (4/15).

High School 
2015 graduate of Ward Melville High School...three-year letter winner in track and cross country... competed in the steeplechase, cross country, and 300m… earned all-league in 2011-2015 for all seasons… earned all-long island in 2015 for indoor and outdoor… earned all-county in 2012-2015 for all seasons… was team captain for track and cross country in the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 seasons.
