2009-10:
Outdoor: Threw a 6.77m in the shot put at Bryant Quad Meet (3/31).
2007-2008:
Finished fifth in the 3,000-meter at the America East Indoor Championships... took second in the 3,000-meter at the Yale Invitational... finished third in the 5,000-meter at the UMass Invitational... crossed 10th in the one-mile at the Gotham Cup... crossed seventh in the 3,000-meter at the Duke Invitational.
High School:
Four-year letter winner at Carrickfergus Grammar School... competed in the 1,500-meter, 3k and cross country... set a school-record in the 3k and 1,500-meter (2006).
