High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Arlington High School...was a distance/middle-distance runner...captained teams his senior year...part of All-American distance medley relay team that placed fourth at NBN in June 2014...named All-League nine times, All-County eight times and All-Section six times throughout his four-year high school career...helped Admirals to fourth-place finish in New York State Championship in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field in 2013-14...helped squad to fifth-place finish at New York State Championship for indoor track in 2013...clocked in at 9:29 crowned sectional champion in the 3, 200-meters...ran 800-meters in 1:57 to break his own school record as a junior...also a member of National Honors Society.
