2019-20 (Senior)
Cross Country: Did not compete.

2018-19 (Junior)
Outdoor: Finished 12th (32:37.37) in the 10000m at the 2019 America East Outdoor Championships... Took 2nd (15:03.73) in the 5000m at the Wolfie Invitational... Claimed 8th (9:03.40) in the 3000m at the Stony Brook University Snow Flake Spring Opener... 
Indoor: Finished 9th (9:04.47) in the 3000m at the Mets Indoor Track & Field Championships...
Cross Country: Finished the Open Race at the Coast to Coast Battle with a time of 16:16.3... Ran in the Princeton University Invitational and finished with a time of 25:52.10.

2017-18 (Sophomore)
Cross Country:Placed 12th at the Stony Brook Season Opener with a time of 18:55.59… Finished 16th at the WolfieInvitational with a time of 25:41.72.

Indoor: Competed in the 3000m(9:18.16) at the Penn 8-Team Select (1/21)... Ran the 3000m(9:12.79) at the Metropolitan Championships (2/3).
 
Cross Country: Ran in two races: the Stony Brook Season Opener (9/3) and Wolfie Season Opener (9/10).

High School 
Four-year letter winner in cross country and track at Bayport-BluePoint High School… Competed in the 800m and 3200m… Earned all-league honors for cross country in ’12,’13,’14, and ’15… Earned all-league honors for track in ’13,’14,’15, and ’16… Earned all-county for cross country in ’14 and ’15… Earned all-county for track in ’14 and ’16… Was named captain for both cross country and track teams in ’15 and ’16.

Son of Joseph and Denise Garifo… Brother to Alexandra Garifo… Great grandfather was Olympic bronze medalist in boxing ... Majoring in applied math and statistics.
