Biography
2025-26 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Finished sixth in the mile (5:27.04) at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Helped take second in the 4x1500 (19:37.93) at the Colonial Relays… Finished fourth with a season-best 10:17.93 in the 3000-meter at the Red Fox River Rumble… At the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship set a new personal best in the 1500-meter (4:38.73).
Indoor: In her lone race of the season placed 11th in the 3000-meter (10:44.04) in the Fastrack Season Opener.
Cross Country: Made her career debut in the 4k (15:44.5) in the Stony Brook Season Opener… Had a top-20 finish in the 3k (10:37.7) in the CCSU Mini Meet… Ran a season-best 22:32.8 in the 6k during the CAA Cross Country Championship… Competed in the 6k (22:51.9) in the NCAA Northeast Regionals.
AT CENTEREACH: Four-year member of varsity cross country and track and field teams, with three years as captain in cross country... Nine-time All-League honors recipient... Two-time All-County and All-County Academic in cross country... All-Sectional and section 11 county champion in the 2025 2k steeplechase... Competed at the 2025 NY spring track and field championships in the 2k steeplechase... Three-time All-County in the 1,500m... Holds school records in the 1,500m (indoor and outdoor), 2k steeplechase, 3k (indoor and outdoor), 1k indoor, 2.5 mile, and 3 mile runs (cross country). Graduated top ten in her class...
