Courtney Caden joined Stony Brook Athletics in October 2018, originally as Director of Community and Fan Engagement.

In January 2021, she transitioned into her role as the academic advisor of the baseball and men's and women's cross country and track teams.

She has worked in college athletics since 2011, previously working at NJIT for seven years as an Assistant Sports Information Director and Marketing Director.

Caden graduated from Farmingdale State College. She grew up in Seawolves Country, graduating from Ward Melville High School in 2005
