Joe Quattrone

Joe Quattrone

Joe Quattrone is in his third year at Stony Brook University and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Athletic Performance. In this role he is responsible for designing and implementing all aspects of the strength and conditioning programs for women’s basketball and women’s lacrosse. Additionally, Joe assists with the men’s basketball and football programs and is the coordinator of the internship program.

Prior to his promotion to Assistant Director, Joe served as a coaching assistant for two years and was directly responsible for the training and conditioning for the women’s tennis program. Additionally, Joe served as an assistant for women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse, football, men’s basketball, track and field, women’s lacrosse, and baseball. In addition to his work with the athletes in the weight room Quattrone oversaw all aspects of the Seawolves fueling station.

Before coming to Stony Brook, Joe served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at The College at Brockport. During his time at Brockport he worked with women’s basketball and volleyball. Joe also worked in Brockport’s employee fitness center as a personal trainer.

Joe completed his undergraduate degree in the spring of 2016 at The College at Brockport, in Brockport, NY, majoring in Exercise Science and holds his CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
