Placed sixth in the 100 backstroke at the America East Championship in 58.25...helped earn second-place finishes in the 200 medley relay (1:53.02) and 200 free relay (1:41.11) against Lafayette on January 16...placed second in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:01.28 against Lafayette...member of the 200 medley relay team that placed first (1:54.92) against Bryant on January 23...took second in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:01.04 vs. Bryant...helped the Seawolves to second place in the 200 medley relay (1:52.56) at Binghamton on February 6.

Attended Instituto Panamericano and swam for Circulo de Alto Rendimiento de Panama for coach Carlos Gonzalez... holds 13 records in Panama... named 2006 swimmer of the year... Panamanian National Team member since 2002... only female Panamanian swimmer at 2006 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
