2024-25 (Senior):
Outdoor: Won the 400-meter (1:00.12) in the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Helped win the distance medley relay (11:53.83) while also finishing top 10 in the 400-meter (57.34) and the 4x100 (50.00) at the Colonial Relays… Finished second in the 4x100 (50.35) and set a new personal best in the 200-meter (25.12) in the Mark Young Invitational… Picked up her third relay win of the season with a first-place finish in the 4x400 (3:53.34) in the Larry Ellis Invitational… Competed in the 400-meter (57.47) and the 4x400 (3:53.01) at the CAA Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Opened the winter with a career best in the 300-meter (41.28) in the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Came in second in the 400-meter (59.26) at the Spartan Invitational… Finished third in both the 400-meter (58.86) and the 4x400 (4:04.55) at the Ramapo College Season Opener… Helped take first place in the distance medley relay (12:05.77) at the Fastrack National Invite… Placed 19th in the 400-meter (58.00) and 10th in the 4x400 (3:59.12) at the CAA Indoor Championships.

2023-24 (Junior):
Outdoor: Finished first overall in the 400-meter (59.02) and the 4x100 (52.00) at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Competed in the 400-meter (58.08) and 4x100 (47.99) with a second-place finish in the 4x200 (1:41.50) at the Colonial Relays… Ran in the 200-meter (25.98), 400-meter (59.56), and 4x100 (48.32) at the UCONN Northeast Challenge… Earned first-place finishes in the 400-meter (57.01) and 4x100 (48.20) with a third-place finish in the 200-meter (25.67) at the Mark Young Invitational… Competed in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 at the Penn Relays… At the CAA Outdoor Championships, ran in the 200-meter (25.53) and 400-meter (56.84) with a seventh-place finish in the 4x100 (47.13) and an eighth-place finish in the 4x400 (3:47.87).

Indoor: Opened the season with a personal-best 42.22 in the 300-meter at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Competed in the 200-meter (26.28) and the 400-meter (59.59) at the Penn Select 10… Ran the 400-meter (1:02.36) at the Villanova Invitational… Earned a 10th-place finish in the 400-meter (59.12) while competing in the 200-meter (26.40) at the Scarlet Knight Open… Finished 13th at the Fastrack National Invite in the 400-meter (59.12)… At the CAA Indoor Championships, competed in the 200-meter (25.59), 400-meter (58.73), and 4x400 (3:56.63)… At the IC4A/ECAC Championships, ran in the 200-meter (26.18) and the 400-meter (58.48). 

2022-23 (Sophomore):
Outdoor: Part of the 4x400m team that earned a fifth-place finish at the CAA Outdoor Championships… Member of the 4x100m relay team that won the Eastern Division at Penn Relays… Part of the 4x400m squad that won the Eastern Division and set a new program record at Penn Relays… Earned a fourth-place finish with the 4x100m team at the Mark Young Invite… Part of the 4x100m and 4x400m squads that secured fifth and seventh-place finishes, respectively, at the Northeast Challenge… Placed eighth in the 400m at the Colonial Relays… Member of the 4x100m and 4x200m teams that earned eighth and third-place finishes at the Colonial Relays… Recorded a second-place finish in the 400m and a fourth-place finish in the 200m at the Snowflake Classic. 

Indoor: Member of the 4x400m team that earned a ninth-place finish at the ECAC Indoor Championships… Part of the 4x400m team that secured an eighth-place finish at the CAA Indoor Championships… Secured an eighth-place finish in the 400m at the Fastrack National Invite… Placed fifth in the 4x400m squad at the Villanova Invite… Recorded a fourth-place finish and a new personal best (1:39.10) at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Earned eighth and seventh-place finishes in the 200m and 400m, respectively, at the Penn 10-Team Select ... 2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

2021-22 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Participated in the 4x400 sixth-place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 13-15… Won the 200m dash with a time of 24.99 at the Yale Springtime Invitational on May 1 and finished second in the 400m dash.

Indoor: Participated in the 4x400 second-place finish at the Fastrack Last Chance on February 25.

AT FREEPORT HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner, serving as captain for two years… Four-time All-Division… Four-time All-County… Two-time All-State in the 4x4 and 4x2… Participated at the New Balance Nationals in 2019… 2020 Millrose Games Long Island… Earned the News 12 Bethpage Scholar-Athlete Award… Member of the National Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, and Jazz Band… Vice President of her class… Graduated with high honor roll, AP Scholars with Honors, and the Seal of Biliteracy.
