2023-24 (Senior):
Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000-meter (34:01.89) at the Raleigh Relays…Earned a personal best 4:37.31 for second place overall in the 1500-meter at the UCONN Northeast Challenge…Recorded another personal best in the 10000-meter (33:40.85) at the Penn Relays…Had a second place finish in the 10000-meter (35:55.39) and seventh place finish in the 5000-meter (16:44.30) at the CAA Outdoor Championships…Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor East Preliminaries, competing in the 10000-meter (34:55.20) with a 42nd place finish. 

Indoor: Opened the season with a first place finish in the 5000-meter (9:33.04) at the Penn Select 10…Ran the 5000-meter (16:28.97) for third place at the Columbia Challenge…Earned a personal best 4:45.28 for first place in the mile run at the Fastrack National Invite…At the CAA Indoor Championships, placed second in the 5000-meter (16:25.47) and third in the 3000-meter (9:30.52)...Ran a personal best 16:16.90 in the 5000-meter for second place to conclude the season at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

Cross Country: All-CAA selection...Finished 8th at The Friar Cross Country Invitational… Took 25th at The Paul Short Run… Placed 8th at The IC4A/ECAC XC Championship… Secured 5th place at The CAA Cross Country Championship… Competed and placed 28th at The NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2022-23 (Junior):
Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 10,000m at the CAA Outdoor Championships ... Eanred a ninth place finish in the 5000m at the Friar Invite ... Competed at the Raleigh Relays.

Indoor: Won the 5000m and set a new personal best (16:27.44) at the ECAC Indoor Championships ... Secured a second place finish in the 5000m and a ninth place finish in the 3000m at the CAA Indoor Championships ... Placed second in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite ... Recorded a second place finish and a new personal best (9:29.17) in the 3000m at the Columbia Challenge ... Earned a second place finish in the 3000m at the Penn 10-Team Select.

Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA team after her performance at CAA Championship… Best-finisher on the team in every race during the season… Won the Stony Brook Season Opener on September 3 with a final time of 14:15.4 (4K) and an average mile time of 05:43.6… Earned a sixth-place finish at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 17:51.4 (5K) and an average mile time of 05:44.8 on September 9… Came in 60th-place on September 30 at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 20:30.3 (Women’s College Gold 6K)… Earned a fourth-place finish at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 21:15.0 (Women’s 6k) on October 14… On October 28, she earned a fifth-place finish at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 21:41.5(6k) and an average mile time of 05:49.0 ... 2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2021-22 (Sophomore):
Outdoor: Secured third-place finish in the 3000m at IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field championships with final time of 9:45.50 ... Finished seventh in the 10,000m at Penn Relays with personal best time of 34:15.36 ... Earned second-place finish in the 5000m at Colonial Relays with personal best time of 16:38.01 ... Crossed the line in 16:42.38 to earn a fifth-place finish in the 5000m at Larry Ellis Invite ... Competed at NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 10,000m ... America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Indoor: Placed fourth in the 5000m at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a final time of 16:45.07 ... Earned first-place finish in the 3000m at Fastrack Last Chance with a personal best time of 9:38.02 ... Earned first-place finish in the 5000m at the Great Dane Classic with a final time of 16:45.41 ... Crossed the line in 9:40.43 in the 3000m to secure a first-place finish at NYC Gotham Cup ... Competed at Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite, running a personal best 4:52.32 in the mile.

Cross Country: Placed second at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships with a final time of 17:56.3 (5K) ...
