Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Did not compete.

Cross Country: Won back-to-back meets to open the season, taking first place in the 4K (13:55.40) in the Stony Brook Season Opener and the 6K (20:24.20) in the Jasper Fall XC Invitational… Ran a 20:41.00 in the 6K to earn third place at the CAA Championships… Finished in the top 25 in the 6K (20:27.20) at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2023-24 (Junior):
Outdoor: Competed in the 5000-meter (16:10.07) at the Raleigh Relays… Finished third overall at the Friar Invitational in the 3000-meter (9:31.88)… Earned a personal best 15:56.27 in the 5000-meter at the Penn Relays… At the CAA Outdoor Championships, placed fourth in the 5000-meter with a time of 16:16.06… Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor East Preliminaries, competing in the 5000-meter (16:29.71) with a 33rd place finish. 

Indoor: Started the season with a second-place finish in the 3000-meter (9:36.06) at the Penn Select 10… Competed in the 5000-meter (16:28.38) finishing second at the Columbia Challenge… Ran in the mile (4:51.53) at the Fastrack National Invite for second place… At the CAA Indoor Championships, finished third in the 5000-meter (16:29.64) and fifth in the 3000-meter (9:33.88)… Earned a pair of top finishes in the preliminaries and the finals of the mile run at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships.

Cross Country: NCAA Northeast All-Region Honors…All-CAA selection…Placed 1st at The Stony Brook Season Opener… Took fourth at The Friar Cross Country Invitational… Placed 12th at The Paul Short Run… Secured 10th place at The IC4A/ECAC XC Championship… Took second at The CAA Cross Country Championship… Finished 10th at The NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2022-23 (Sophomore):
Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 5000m at the CAA Outdoor Championships… Earned a top-35 finish in the 5000m at the Penn Relays… Won the 1500m and set a new personal best (4:32.74) at the Mark Young Invite… Earned a fourth-place finish in the 3000m at the Friar Invite… Secured a second place finish and a new personal best in the 5000m (16:32.28) at the Colonial Relays. 

Indoor: Placed fourth in the 3000m at the CAA Indoor Championships… Member of the DMR team that took third at the CAA Indoor Championships… Earned a sixth-place finish and a new personal best in the 3000m (9:29.65) at the ECAC Championships… Won the mile and set a new personal best (4:50.61) at the Fastrack National Invite… Part of the DMR team that won the Scarlet Knight Open… Secured a fifth-place finish in the mile at the Scarlet Knight Open… Finished in eighth place in the 3000m at the Columbia Challenge… 2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

Cross Country: Named to the All-CAA team after her performance at CAA Championship… Earned a ninth-place finish at the Stony Brook Season Opener on September 3 with a final time of 14:35.10 (4K) and an average mile time of 05:51.50… Collected an eighth-place finish at the Providence Friar Invitational with a final time of 17:51.40 (5K) on September 9… 79th place at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 20:40.80 (6K) on September 30… On October 14, she earned an eighth-place finish at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 21:32.30 (6K) and an average mile time of 05:46.60… Earned a seventh-place finish at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 21:39.90 (6K) and an average mile time of 05:51.20 on October 28.

2021-22 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Earned a first-place finish in the 3000m at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a personal-best time of 9:33.72… Took 25th in the 5000m at the Penn Relays with a personal-best time of 16:46.00… Secured a 12th-place finish in the 1500m at the UConn Northeast Challenge with a personal-best time of 4:40.20… Placed fourth in the 5000m at the Colonial Relays… America East Spring Honor Roll.

Indoor: Took 22nd in the 3000m at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a final time of 9:56.13… Earned a first-place finish in the 1000m at the Fordham Invite with a personal-best time of 3:07.85… Member of the DMR team that placed first at the Fordham Invite with a final time of 12:51.45… Earned a fifth-place finish in the 3000m at the Penn 10-Team Select… Took seventh in the 3000m at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite… Earned an eighth-place finish in the mile at the Great Dane Classic with a personal best time of 5:03.67. 

Cross Country: Took 85th at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships… Placed 20th at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships… Earned a 15th-place finish at the America East Cross Country Championships with a personal-best time of 17:26.40 (5K)… Competed at the Lehigh Paul Short Run and the Friar Cross Country Invite… Made collegiate debut at the Stony Brook Cross Country Invite on September 4… America East Fall Honor Roll.

AT WALT WHITMAN HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner, serving as captain all four years… 2018 All-County Cross Country… 2019 All-State Cross Country… 2020 All-County Indoor Track… 2020 1500m and 1000m League Champion… 2021 All-Long Island… 2021 All-County… 2021 All-County Academic… Holds records for the indoor 1000m, 1500m, and 3000m.
