2024-25 (Graduate Student):
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Indoor: Placed seventh in the mile (5:41.36) in the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Won the 3000-meter (9:57.32) at the Ramapo College Season Opener… Finished in sixth place in the mile (4:59.46) in the Scarlet Knight Open… At the Fastrack National Invite helped win the distance medley relay (12:05.77)… Finished in third place and ran a career-best 2:55.75 in the 1000-meter in the Yale Giegengack Invitational… Ended the season with an eighth-place finish in the mile (5:00.95) in the CAA Indoor Championships.

Cross Country: Began the year by placing 10th in both the 4K (14:47.4) at the Stony Brook Season Opener and the 6K (21:36.60) in the Jasper Fall XC Invitational… Finished 20th in the 6K (21:42.90) during the CAA Championships… Set a new personal best in the 6K (21:19.50) at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2023-24 (Senior):
Outdoor: Earned a first place finish in the 3000-meter (10:12.56) at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Competed in the 800-meter (2:16.64) with a first-place finish at the Monmouth Season Opener… At the Colonial Relays, placed second (4:11.15) in the sprint medley relay and fifth in the 1500-meter (4:32.76)… Recorded a personal best 4:48.95 in the mile run at the Friar Invitational… Continued a career season with a fifth-place finish and personal best 2:15.77 in the 800-meter at the Mark Young Invitational… Earned another best time in the 1500-meter (4:29.98) at the Penn Relays… At the CAA Outdoor Championships, concluded the season with a fifth-place finish in the preliminaries (4:41.30) and finals (4:34.05) of the 1500-meter. 

Indoor: Opened the season with a personal best performance in the 300-meter (10:02.19) for third place at the Rutgers Holiday Classic… Competed in the mile run at the Penn Select 10…Earned a ninth-place finish and personal best 2:56.98 in the 1000-meter at the Villanova Invitational… At the Columbia Challenge, placed 15th overall in the mile run (5:01.04)… Finished first in the distance medley relay (12:52.56) at the Scarlet Knight Open… Earned a fourth-place finish in the mile run (4:56.31) at the Fastrack National Invite… At the CAA Indoor Championships, logged a time of 9:25.19 in the 4x800 for eighth place and competed in the preliminaries (4:59.10) and finals (4:57.33) of the mile run… Concluded the season with a third-place finish in the distance medley relay (11:47.42) and 11th in the mile run (4:58.66) at the IC4A/ ECAC Indoor Championships.

Cross Country: All-CAA selection… Finished 23rd at The Friar Cross Country Invitational… Placed 15th at The CAA Cross Country Championship… Competed at The NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2022-23 (Junior):
Outdoor: Placed 20th and earned a new personal best in the 1500m at the CAA Outdoor Championships (4:45.23)… Earned an 11th-place finish in the 1500m at the Mark Young Invite… Secured a third place finish in the 800m at the Snowflake Classic.

Cross Country: Did not compete during the 2022 season.

2021-22 (Sophomore):
Outdoor: Placed second in the 1500m at the Yale Springtime Invite with personal best time of 4:46.64… Secured ninth-place finish in the 800m at the Mark Young Invite with a final time of 2:23.15… Earned eighth-place finish in the 800m at the 26th Annual Monmouth Season Opener… Crossed the line in 5:04.39 in the 1500m to earn a sixth-place finish at the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic.

Indoor: Placed third in the 1000m with a final time of 3:11.23 at Fastrack Last Chance… Helped her DMR team finish second at Fastrack Last Chance… Earned 10th place in the mile at Fastrack National Invite with a personal best time of 5:22.27… Placed 11th in the 1000m at Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite with personal-best time of 3:07.09… Earned third-place finish in the 3000m at the Fordham Invite with personal-best time of 11:37.41.

Cross Country: Competed at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships, running the 5K with a final time of 19:35.5… Competed at the America East Cross Country Championships, crossing the line with a personal best of 18:19.9 (5K). 

2020-21 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 800m at Wolfie Invite with a personal best time of 2:21.68… Placed 11th in the 800m at Ocean State Invite… Competed at the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 800m… America East Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Cross Country: Made collegiate debut at America East Cross Country Championships on March 5… America East Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

AT HAUPPAUGE HIGH SCHOOL: Most outstanding female athlete as senior… In cross country, all-county as junior and four-time all-league and all-division… All-league in track as freshman and sophomore… Four-year letterwinner and two-year captain.
