Outdoor: Did not compete in the season. 

Indoor: Recorded a personal best 5:11.21 with a fourth place finish in the mile run at the Rutgers Holiday Classic…Earned another personal best in the 600-meter (1:38.34) at the Scarlet Knight Open…Finished second in the 800-meter (2:14.79) at the Fastrack National Invite…Competed in the 4x800 (9:25.19)  for eighth place and in the 800-meter (2:21.09) at the CAA Indoor Championships…At the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships, ran in the 800-meter (2:16.47) and the distance medley relay (11:47.42) for third place.

Cross Country: Did not compete in the season. 

2022-23 (Graduate Student):
Outdoor: Secured a third place overall finish in the 800m at the CAA Outdoor Championships ... Member of the DMR team that earned a 10th place overall finish at Penn Relays ... Earned a second place finish and a new personal best in the 1500m (4:33.24) at the Mark Young Invite ... Won the 800m at the Northeast Challenge ... Placed fourth in the 800m at the Colonial Relays ... Won the 800m at the Monmouth Season Opener ... Earned a fifth place finish and a new personal best in the 800m at the West Point Twilight (2:09.34) ... Secured a third place finish in the 800m at the Yale Last Chance. 

Indoor: Earned a third place finish in the mile with a final time of 4:57.60 at the Fastrack National Invite ... 2022 CAA Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Cross Country: Crossed the finish line in 17^th-place at the Stony Brook Season Opener on September 3 with a final time of 15:07.0 (4K) and an average mile time of 06:04.3… 25^th-place at the Paul Short Run with a final time of 22:09.8 (6K) on September 30… Finished 51^st-place at ECAC XC Championships with a final time of 22:31.8 (Women’s 6k) and an average mile time of 06:02.6. on October 14… Earned a 37-place finish at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a final time of 23:04.7(6k) and an average mile time of 06:11.3 on October 28.

AT UALBANY: Took 48th in the at the 2021 America East Cross Country Championships ... Competed at the 2021 NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships ... Placed ninth in the 800m at the 2022 ECAC Outdoor Track Championships ... Placed fifth in the 800m at the 2022 America East Outdoor Championships with a final time of 2:11.70 ...Earned a second-place finish in the 1000m at the 2022 America East Indoor Championships with a final time of 2:54.46 ... Secured a first-place finish in the 800m at the 2022 Fastrack National Invite ... Placed fifth in the 800m at the 2020 ECAC Indoor Championships ... Member of the fourth-place 4x800m relay team at the 2019 Penn Relays ... America East All-Conference. 

AT WARD MELVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letter winner at Ward Melville High School... Participant in the 800-meter and 4x800-meter relay at the NYS Championships (2018)... three-time All-County and two-time All-State... 2018 Suffolk County Most Valuable Player... five-time NYS Championships and New Balance Nationals qualifier... had a personal best 56.6 (400m), 2:14.02 (800m), 2:58.44 (1,000m) and 4:38.02 (1,500m).

PERSONAL: Daughter of Debra and Terry... has two brothers, Dalton and Terry, and one sister, Savannah.
