2025-26 (Sophomore):
Outdoor: Took fifth in the 3000-meter (10:17.7) in the Stony Brook Snowflake Classic… Finished fifth in the 800-meter (2:19.12) at the Monmouth Season Opener… Placed third in the 1500-meter (4:33.98) at the Colonial Relays… Ran a career-best 2:16.45 in the 800-meter to finish 10th at the Rutgers Relays… Had a third-place finish with a personal-best 10:16.54 in the 3000-meter at the Red Fox River Rumble… Finished 10th in the 1500-meter (4:33.66) in the CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

Indoor: Posted a second-place finish in the mile (5:08.61) at the Fastrack Season Opener… Followed up with a fifth-place finish in the mile (5:10.08) in the TCNJ Lions Invite… Had a top-10 finish in the 1000-meter (2:58.71) at the NYC Gotham Cup… Ran a career-best 5:02.76 in the mile and took ninth at the Riverhawk Invitational… Finished in second with a career-best time of 2:53.90 in the 1000-meter at the Yale Giegengack Invitational… At the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championship helped win silver in the DMR (11:43.57) and finished 12th in the mile (5:03.65).

Cross Country: Finished third in the 3k (10:48.7) at the CCSU Mini Meet… Competed in the 6k (23:11.0) in the CAA Cross Country Championship… Ran a season-best 22:50.9 in the 6k during the NCAA Northeast Regionals.

2024-25 (Freshman):
Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 1500-meter (4:52.80) at the Mark Young Invitational… Had a 15th-place finish in the 1500-meter (4:46.31) at the Larry Ellis Invitational… Posted her best time of the season in the 1500-meter (4:43.48) in the CAA Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Did not compete.

Cross Country: Made her collegiate debut with a time of 15:41.0 in the 4K during the Stony Brook Season Opener.

AT HOOSIC VALLEY: Four-year letterwinner with three years as captain… Three-time state meet qualifier in cross country, placing top 20 each time… Two-time state meet qualifier outdoor track… 2022 Nike Cross Regional and 2024 New Balance Indoor Nationals competitor… Holds 10 school records… Member of three sectional championship teams… Played two years of varsity basketball… Graduated as Valedictorian… Member of Student Council and National Honor Society… As a member of the Hoosic Valley science research program, Squires assisted in Parkinson's Disease research in a shadowing opportunity at Albany Medical College.
