Adrian Jordan was born in Georgetown, Guyana, and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. A former collegiate football and lacrosse student-athlete, Jordan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management from Nichols College. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration at Stony Brook University.
Following graduation, Jordan began his professional career with Enterprise Mobility through its Management Training Program, where he became the area's first No. 1 ranked employee in both sales and customer service performance.
Jordan transitioned into the sports industry through the Miami Dolphins Sales Development Program before being promoted to Community Relations for both the Miami Dolphins and the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. In that role, he helped develop and execute community engagement initiatives, charitable programs and special events that connected the organizations with fans, local communities and players.
After three years with the Dolphins organization, Jordan moved into collegiate athletics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he worked in Alumni Relations and Administration within the Badger Built Student-Athlete Development Support Services. In his role, he supported former letterwinners, strengthened alumni engagement efforts and assisted in the administration of student-athlete development initiatives designed to prepare student-athletes to be successful now and beyond competition.
