Stony Brook University Athletics

August Fortugno joins Stony Brook Athletics with a strong background in operations and promotions, bringing experience from both professional football and minor league baseball. Fortugno spent the past five years with the New York Jets, working in operations, and most recently served as the Promotions Manager for the Long Island Ducks. In these roles, he honed his expertise in event management and sponsorship execution.

A Long Island native, Fortugno earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Farmingdale State College.
