Ray O'Daffer

Head Coach Billy Cosh announced the hiring of Video Operations Assistant Ray O’Daffer on April 7, 2026.

O’Daffer joins Stony Brook after spending the previous five years at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he supported the football program in video operations, recruiting, and player personnel. He began his tenure in 2021 as a video and recruiting/player personnel assistant before being promoted in January 2025 to Video Coordinator and Player Personnel Assistant.

O’Daffer earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UTC.
