The men's tennis team rolled to a 7-0 sweep of Connecticut on Sunday morning. The win propels the Seawolves to 3-3 on the season.
Stony Brook came out strong, sweeping all three doubles matches to claim the doubles point. The duo of Mike Crooks and Dave Kortum rolled to a 8-2 win, Nihal Advani and Jean Francois Robitaille were victorious 8-3 and Tal Meir and Youssef Fassi-Fehri won 8-5.
In singles, Meir won at No. 1, 6-2, 6-1, Advani won at line two, 6-3, 6-1, Crooks cruised at No. 3, 6-2, 6-0, Robitaille won at line four, 7-5, 6-2, Kortum won in the five hole, 6-2, 6-2 and Fassi-Fehri completed the sweep at line six, 6-2, 6-0.
The men return to action when they take on Princeton next Saturday.
