In the final tune-up prior to the America East Tournament, the Stony Brook men's tennis team won their sixth match in-a-row and cruised to a 7-0 sweep over Hartford. With the win the men improve to 12-6 on the season and a perfect 4-0 in the America East.
The Seawolves swept all three doubles matches to claim the point and then won all six singles lines without dropping a set. Dave Kortum and Youssef Fassi-Fehri did not drop a game all day as the duo won at No. 2 doubles, 8-0 and each won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 4 and No. 5 singles respectively.
The men's tennis team will return to action on Friday, April 28 when they compete in the America East Tournament.
