Despite a victory from freshmen Alexandre Felisa (Boulogne, France) and Raphael Termat (Nice, France), the Stony Brook men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 match to Princeton Saturday at Jadwin Gymnasium.
Felisa and Termat combined for an 8-5 victory at No. 1 doubles over the Princeton duo of Bloom and Davies.
Felisa went to a tiebreaker in the first set of his No. 1 singles, but fell 7-6, 6-2.
Freshmen Tyler Hoffman (Sayville, N.Y.) battled Augie Bloom before falling 6-2, 7-5 at No. 4 singles.
The Seawolves (3-2) will have two weeks off before returning to competition at the Yale 4-Way, where they are scheduled to face Yale, Fairleigh Dickinson and Marist.
