ALBANY, N.Y. – The Stony Brook baseball team dropped both games of a doubleheader to UAlbany on Saturday afternoon at Varsity Field.
The Seawolves (21-23, 8-9 AE) fell 3-2 in 11 innings in game one, while the Great Danes (19-22, 6-11 AE) earned a 4-2 victory in game two.

Toby Handley (Whitby, Ontario) and junior LF
Andruw Gazzola (Coram, N.Y.) both recorded three hits on the afternoon, including a pair of hits each in game two.
Game One Turning Point
Albany opened up the bottom of the 11
th inning with a double to left field by SS Kevin Donati and he crossed the plate when the next batter, 3B Travis Collins, singled for the extra-inning walk-off victory.
Game Two Turning Point
With the Seawolves holding a 2-1 lead entering the sixth inning, UAlbany plated three runs on a pair of hits and an error.

- Senior CF Toby Handley (Whitby, Ontario) singled in game one and had two hits in game two has now reached base safely in 31 straight games.
- Handley's extended his hit streak to 11 straight games with a hit in each game on Saturday.
- Senior 1B Casey Baker (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) singled both games on Saturday and has now reached base safely in 27 straight games.
