WILLIAMSBURG, VA. – In a game that ended on a 10-second run off of the clock for William & Mary because of an offensive penalty, the Stony Brook football team held off the Tribe for a 21-18 CAA Football victory on Saturday night in Zable Stadium.

Quoting the Seawolves
Head Coach Chuck Priore
"This was the most interesting ending to a game I've ever had, but it's a W and that is what counts."
"We hurt ourselves in the fourth quarter, but I give William & Mary credit. They came back and they kept their poise when we went up 21-0. This gives us a little dose of reality and it is great when you can learn from a win and I think we will learn a lot from this win."
