Last summer, Pagan was invited to compete for the Puerto Rican Junior National Team at the U-18 FIBA Americas in Chile with current Stony Brook teammate Giolibeth Perez (Camuy, Puerto Rico). She helped Puerto Rico advance out of pool play by leading the team in rebounding. Her best game was a 20 point, 11 rebound performance in an upset win over Mexico.

As a collegiate freshman in 2017-18, Pagan tallied 5.8 points and 3.6 assists in 17.9 minutes per contest for the Seawolves. She shot a team-best 54.5 percent (72-132) from the floor in her first year with the program, making 15 total starts.
