STONY BROOK, N.Y.- The Stony Brook volleyball team was defeated by Bryant in five sets Friday night (25-20, 25-17, 21-25, 19-25, 12-15). The Bulldogs move to 9-5, and the Seawolves fall to 4-8 on the year.
Coach Belzung's Reaction
"Bryant competed the entire night after a battle this afternoon, and while I thought we had some good moments we did not execute our responsibilities when it came to crunch time. We scrapped well but it came down to a lack of discipline in the fifth set. Big time thank you to an awesome and loud crowd tonight in Pritchard. We look forward to seeing them again tomorrow night vs. Delaware."
