DURHAM, NH- The Stony Brook volleyball team defeated New Hampshire in four sets (25-16, 25-23, 21-25, 25-19) Sunday afternoon. The Seawolves improve to 9-8, and the Wildcats fall to 6-11 on the season.
Coach Belzung's Reaction
"This is a big conference win for our group, and you could see the determination to get it from the start. We put a big emphasis on defense this week and it was the defense that allowed our offense to have success today. New Hampshire really keyed on shutting our middles down, and our pins rose to the opportunity to have some seams to attack through. We are excited to return home to face Albany on Friday, and would love to see Pritchard packed with red!"
