STONY BROOK, N.Y.- The Stony Brook women's indoor track and field team will run at the UPenn 8-Team Select hosted at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Facility in Staten Island, New York.
All events will begin at 4 p.m. on Saturday, and will conclude with the 4x400 relays at 8:15 p.m. The Seawolves will compete against Fordham, UPenn, Monmouth, Providence, Rutgers, St. Joseph's, St. John's, Temple and Wagner.
Coach Ronan's Thoughts
"Last week's meet at Fordham helped kick start everyone's engine after the break, so I feel that both teams should be sharper and more focused for this week's meet. UPenn has put together another quality event, so it will be an opportunity for our athletes to compete against some good competition. Our hope would be that we see an improvement from how each individual that competed last weekend, it is important for both squads to take advantage of these meets to prepare themselves for the championships later in the season," said head coach
Andy Ronan.
