STONY BROOK, N.Y. – The Stony Brook women's soccer team was not able to crack the code that was UMBC's defense in the first half, sending just four shots towards net.
The second half, however, was a completely different story. The Seawolves unleashed three goals in a 64-second span and a fourth inside of 10 minutes from the first and Stony Brook ran away with a 4-0 victory at home on Thursday night.
BISCHOF'S REACTION
"I thought we did a good job of executing our gameplan tonight. At halftime, we just reminded them of what that was and how we needed to attack it better and we did that in the second half."
