AMHERST, MASS.- The Stony Brook women's tennis team fell to UMass on Friday, April 12th. The Seawolves were defeated by the Minutemen by a score of 4-0.
COACH GLASSMAN'S THOUGHTS
"We ran into a real buzz saw of a team in UMass this afternoon. They are a talented, veteran squad, as well as scrappy, and don't give away many free points. We competed well and had our opportunities in a few of the matches. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to finish. We'll use this experience to get better and we look forward to Binghamton at home Sunday," said head coach
Gary Glassman.
