BRONX, N.Y.- The Stony Brook women's tennis team shutout an opponent for the second straight match on Wednesday, defeating Fordham by a score of 4-0. With the victory, the Seawolves improve their record to 15-3.
COACH GLASSMAN'S THOUGHTS
"This was a real quality win over an extremely talented Fordham squad. We dropped a close decision to them last spring. However, we played a complete match today and kept our level up from start to finish. This was the type of tough match that we were looking for heading into the MVC Championship," said head coach
Gary Glassman.
