CEDAR FALLS, IA. – The Stony Brook women's tennis team took down #4 Missouri State in the MVC Championship semifinals Saturday afternoon. The Seawolves shutout the Bears by a score of 4-0. 
 
With the victory, #1 Stony Brook will take on #2 Illinois State for the Missouri Valley Conference title on Sunday at 11 am (ET).

"It was a great match and just what we expected. MSU was very tough and we really had to step up to get the result. This was a great team effort and we have one more to go," said head coach Gary Glassman.
