BOSTON — Good things come in threes!
India Pagan was named the America East Co-Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday. This is her third time this season earning weekly recognition.
Pagan averaged 16 points and 6.5 rebounds in wins over UMass Lowell and UMBC to help Stony Brook to a 21-1 overall record and a 9-0 mark in conference play. The Seawolves' 18-game win streak is also the second longest in the nation.
Pagan shares the Player of the Week honor with Karlee Krchnavi of Binghamton.
Stony Brook returns to action this Wednesday, traveling to UMass Lowell. Action at the Tsongas Center is set to begin at 7 p.m.
