QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"Today was all about giving those athletes that had not competed over the last few weeks an opportunity to get back in the competitive environment and see where they are with their fitness. Some came out of the day knowing they are on the right path for some quality performances in the next few weeks, but some are realizing they still have some work to do to get back to their competitive best," said head coach Andrew Ronan.
