QUOTES FROM THE SEAWOLVES
"Good first day, we knew this conference was a step up in competition but I feel we gave a good account of ourselves in most events we participated in. The ladies were led by a strong second place finish in the 5000m by Fiona, the women's Distance Medley relay team made the podium. There were also some nice season best performances that came up a little short of advancing to the finals tomorrow," said head coach Andy Ronan.
