STONY BROOK, N.Y. - Stony Brook Athletics has partnered with BPme Rewards to bring savings and impact opportunities to Stony Brook students, faculty, staff, and Seawolves supporters. Together, Stony Brook Athletics and BP have recently launched a new effort to support
Stony Brook Children's Hospital through a 'Spirit Pump' program.
Through May 30th, 2023, drivers who fill up at a specially branded Stony Brook Children's Hospital pump at the BP station located near campus at 3117 Nesconset Hwy, Centereach, NY 11720 will have 2¢ from every gallon that's purchased donated to Stony Brook Children's
Child Life program. This amazing program is designed to help reduce the stress that pediatric patients and their families may experience when faced with illness, medical procedures, and unfamiliar surroundings.
BPme Rewards App users can support the program too by using the code "SEAWOLVES" within the app to have 5¢ per gallon purchased at any BP or Amoco station donated to the Stony Brook Children's Hospital Child Life program.
Fans will also have the chance to win free BP gift cards and other prizes just by having the app on their phones at upcoming Stony Brook lacrosse games.
BP has supplied the energy fueling America's growth for over 150 years, and the BPme Rewards app is the ultimate tool for Long Island and greater New York / New Jersey area drivers looking to find and save on fuel.
