STONY BROOK, N.Y. – Behind a breakthrough goal from Kris Aarflot, a clutch late-game save from Heidar Hermannsson and a finishing touch from Ryan Farr, the Stony Brook men's soccer team (8-1-5, 3-1-2 CAA) powered past Drexel (5-7-2, 2-4-1 CAA), 2-0, on Sunday afternoon.

After a scoreless opening 45 minutes, Stony Brook came out firing in the second half, unleashing 11 shots and breaking through in the 68th minute. Aarflot delivered the long-awaited breakthrough, finding the back of the net for his first goal of the season off an assist from Scemar Webb to give the Seawolves a 1-0 advantage.
