LITTLE SILVER, N.J. — Stony Brook tennis picked up its first win of the spring season on Sunday night, defeating CAA foe Monmouth 6-1 in the conference opener.
The Seawolves' win came off the heels of a doubles point thanks to wins from the pairings of Mia Palladino / Sanjana Devineni and Mila Charles / Laura Ozola. In singles play, Stony Brook secured the win following match wins from Elena Lobo-Corral, Palladino, Paisha Douglas, Ozola, and Charles.
