LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Stony Brook softball team saw 14 of its student-athletes honored this week as Easton and the NFCA announced their annual list of All-America Scholar-Athletes. As a team, the Seawolves posted a cumulative 3.56 GPA.

Rachael Brown, Ashlyn Burgess, Jayci Finch, Elena Gonzalez, Ella Hayes, Aubrey Jepson, Karri Pritchard, Melissa Reed, Crimson Rice, Emma Scheitinger, Kaiya Simpkins, Madelyn Stepski, Marissa Thalassinos, and Emily Valentine were Stony Brook's 14 honorees.

The Easton/NFCA honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association's membership categories. Student-athletes that post a 3.5 grade-point average or higher during the 2025-26 academic year earn All-America Scholar-Athlete distinction.

Stony Brook's 14 honorees are two more than in 2025 and are the most by any CAA team this year.
