2010: All-Big South first-team selection ... Started nine games (nine at left guard and one at right tackle) ... started at right tackle against UMass (9/25) ... played a snap at Brown (9/18) ... did not play against American International (9/11) ... started at left guard against Liberty (11/20), Gardner-Webb (11/13), Presbyterian (11/6), Charleston Southern (10/30), Coastal Carolina (10/23), Lafayette (10/16), VMI (10/9) and at South Florida (9/4).

2009: Started nine of the 10 games he appeared in at left guard ... started the last nine games of the season ... blocked for a rushing attack that ranked 30th in the nation and third in the conference ... part of a line that allowed just 1.36 sacks per game to rank among the top 24 in the nation.

Prior to Stony Brook: Played two seasons at Sacramento City College ... all-conference selection as a sophomore.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Galt High School ... three-time letterwinner ... all-league as a junior ... also lettered in track ... all-league selection in that sport as well.

Personal: Born Brian Crew on September 28, 1989 in Sacramento, California... son of Thomas and Melanie Crew ... majoring in sociology.
