Former Stony Brook tight end Brett Arce joined the Seawolves coaching staff in the summer of 2014 as a wide receivers coach. In 2015, his second season with the Seawolves, Arce will coach the tight ends.
Prior to returning to New York, Arce, a California native, coached basketball and football at West Hills Community College in Coalinga. He worked with the offensive line as well as serving in a number of other capacities.
Arce also taught history as an adjunct professor.
Arce, who also earned his master's degree from Stony Brook, started 27 games over three seasons, helping the Seawolves to three straight conference championships and two berths in the Division I Football Championship.
