Biography

2017: Started in 14 games for the Seawolves during his final season… Scored a goal in the program’s regular-season finale on Nov. 1 at UMBC, helping send Stony Brook to the conference postseason tournament… Tallied 17 total shots on net…

2016: Started 17 matches...anchored a defense that recorded seven shutouts, its highest team total since 2010....registered a career-high four shots vs. Hofstra on Aug. 26...recorded first career point with assist at Seton Hall on Aug. 28.

High School/Club:  Togstad was a member of the Norwegian U-17 and U-18 National Teams, earning two caps, and is the team captain of Nardo F.K., where he played with 2015 America East Rookie of the Year Serge Gamwanya.

Togstad also played and captained  Rosenborg BK, helping the club to the 2011 and 2012 Norwegian U-19 national championship. They advanced to the quarterfinal round of the Nextgen Series (European Champions League U-19) in both 2012 and 2013, playing against the likes of Liverpool and Dortmund. With Nardo FK, Lars has been selected as a top-11 player of the Arets lag 2 Divison (all conference team in Division II) and All-Trondheim city team for the last two years.
