Although he's very busy at Stony Brook, Wolfie enjoys making special appearances at lots of events, like birthday parties, reunions, corporate events, charity events, fairs, festivals, and more. If Wolfie comes to your special event, you can be sure it'll be fun, exciting, and memorable. Please give Wolfie at least two weeks' advance notice. Click here to Request Wolfie Online. HOW TO REQUEST A WOLFIE APPEARANCE
Please read the provisions of the Wolfie Appearance Guidelines and complete the Wolfie Request Form a minimum of two weeks prior to the requested appearance date. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Your event will then be placed on the appearance calendar as tentative. One week prior to your event - or sooner if at all possible - you will be notified if your request was able to be filled. If your appearance is granted, you will again receive an email confirming the details of your event.
All Wolfie appearances are based on availability only and priority is given to Stony Brook University events. Submitting a request does not guarantee Wolfie can attend the event.
*Please note that Wolfie has limited availability during the months of June-August of each year.
