2025 (Sophomore): Appeared in 39 games, making 36 starts behind the plate and at designated hitter in his first season with Stony Brook… Batted .250 (32-for-128) with seven home runs, 22 RBI, eight doubles, one triple, 23 runs scored, 11 walks, and one stolen base… Posted a .977 fielding percentage while throwing out 13 would-be base stealers… Ranked top five on the team in home runs, doubles, total bases, and slugging percentage… Tallied his first hit—a home run—in the win over Bethune-Cookman on Feb. 15… Went 3-for-4 with two homers in the victory over Fordham on March 4… Matched his season high with three hits against Seton Hall on March 16… Recorded back-to-back multi-hit games vs. Delaware on March 21 and 22… Went 2-for-3 with a home run against Northeastern on March 29… Hit home runs in consecutive games against N.C. A&T (April 6) and Sacred Heart (April 8), with the latter serving as the go-ahead hit… Went 2-for-4 in both the first and last games of the sweep at Hofstra on April 18 and April 20… Collected a triple and a double in the win over Fairfield on April 29 and added a double at Towson on May 4.

AT WEST VIRGINIA (2024): Appeared in 18 games during his only season in Morgantown... Tallied two hits in 17 at-bats, drawing two walks and getting hit by a pitch... Made his debut against Canisius on Feb. 28... Registered two hits against Akron on March 26.

AT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS ACADEMY: Played under head coach Casey O'Connor... 2023 Suburban Council First Team catcher... 2022 Second Team catcher... 2021 First Team catcher and First Team utility... Fourth-ranked catcher and 31st ranked player in New York by Perfect Game... Earned the Suburban Council Leadership Award. 

PERSONAL: Son of Pina and the late Richard Szepek... Has one brother.
