2023: FCS Football Network Freshman All-American… Jerry Rice Award Finalist… Third Team All-CAA… Led the team and ranked 8th in the CAA with 714 receiving yards… Caught 59 passes, fourth-most in the CAA and tied for sixth-most in Stony Brook history… Led FCS freshmen in receptions (59), average receptions (5.9), receiving yards (714) and receiving yards per game (71.4)... 19th in FCS in receptions per game and 34th in receiving yards per game… Tied for 7th in Stony Brook single-game history with 11 receptions at Villanova (Oct. 28)... Nine catches for a season-best 127 yards, which included a 68-yard catch-and-run at Arkansas State (Sept. 16)... Caught three touchdown passes, all of at least 20 yards… First career touchdown catch against Richmond (Sept. 23)... Had a reception of 20-or-more yards in eight games… Nine receptions for 101 yards against New Hampshire (Oct. 21); combined with Jayce Freeman (115 yards) to become seventh 100-yard receiving duo in Stony Brook history.

AT JAMES MADISON (2022): Redshirted his only season at James Madison University.

AT BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP: Payed high school football at Burlington Township (N.J.), where he was a 2021 First Team All-State selection and two-time First Team All-County honoree… was a four-time All-Conference member, and he helped Burlington Township to the 2019 South Group 3 semifinals and 2021 quarterfinals… was a three-sport athlete in high school, also lettering in basketball and track… honor roll student.

PERSONAL: Son of Lavar and Sonyae Johnson... Has a brother, Londyn, and two sisters, Lea and Serenity.
