AT STONY BROOK
Haynes will serves in his third stint as the wide receivers coach in 2023. 

Caleb Haynes Joined the Seawolves staff in April of 2019 as the wide receivers coach. He moved over to coach the safeties in July of 2020 before returning to the offense in 2021 as the Pass Game Coordinator. He returned as the wide receivers coach in 2021 before coaching the quarterbacks in 2022.

In his first season with Stony Brook, Haynes helped receiver Nick Anderson put together one of the best seasons in school history when the senior collected 870 yards, the fifth most in Seawolves' history.
 
PRIOR TO STONY BROOK
Haynes comes to Long Island after he spent the past three seasons at Rice University in Houston as a graduate assistant on offense.

Haynes coached the Owls’ receiving corps and assisted with the special teams. Prior to his time at Rice, Haynes was an assistant coach for four seasons at his alma mater Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri. During his time he served many rolls that included co-offensive coordinator, special teams coordinator, running backs coach, director of football operations and junior varsity head coach.
