2009-10: Team captain ... named to America East All-Academic team ... became first player in program history to be named America East Scholar-Athlete in men[apos]s basketball ... appeared in 28 games ... played nine minutes at Fordham (12/8) ... scored two points and grabbed two rebounds ... played season-high 13 minutes in win at Colgate (12/12) ... grabbed season-best four rebounds ... had three rebounds, all on the offensive end, in a season-high 15 minutes in win over Hartford (1/7) ... had six points and four rebounds in 10 minutes of action against Binghamton (1/12) ... had three rebounds in win over Albany (1/24) ... collected two rebounds in a season-high 16 minutes against Maine (2/10). 2008-09: Co-captain ... appeared in 27 games ... played a season-high 17 minutes, tallying two points and three rebounds at Lafayette (11/18) ... registered season-high four points on 2-for-2 shooting against American (11/25) ... recorded three points, season-high four rebounds, a steal and a block in victory at Dartmouth (1/13) ... grabbed three rebounds in win at Albany (1/23) ... had two points and three rebounds in win at Maine (2/3) ... tied season-high with four points in America East quarterfinals against New Hampshire (3/7). 2007-08: Awarded medical redshirt. 2006-07: Appeared in 25 games, starting eight ... scored two points, grabbed two rebounds and blocked a shot in 15 minutes of action in victory over Columbia ... tallied a career-best seven points ad pulled down four rebounds in 18 minutes against FDU (12/16) ... grabbed five rebounds in just nine minutes of action against Vermont (1/28) ... registered an assist, steal and four rebounds in season-high 20 minutes at UMBC (2/3). 2005-06: Played in 20 games, starting the first 18 of the season . . . tallied career-bests in points and rebounds with four a piece in the season-opener against Villanova (11/18) . . . registered two blocks at Lehigh (11/22) . . . dished two assists and grabbed three rebounds at Hofstra (12/14). High School: A standout at Durban High School where he averaged over 13 points and eight rebounds per game . . . he was also selected to play for the South African Junior National Team . . . fluent in five languages, he served as a mentor and coach in the Playing for Peace program based out of Washington D.C. where he served as a coach for young boys ages 11-12 . . . also played rugby and cricket.
