Mara rejoined the Men's Basketball program in September 2021 as their Graduate Manager.
Mara is a 2020 graduate of Stony Brook with her Bachelor's Degree, where she served as the Head Team Manager for 2 seasons under Head Coach Geno Ford. While serving as a team manager, Mara assisted the coaching staff with various daily and weekly operations surrounding the basketball program, including overseeing the team of managers. She completed various scouting reports and assisted the coaching staff with breaking down the opposing team's stats prior to their contests, she set up and tore down the facility each day in preparation and conclusion of practices, assisted with individual workouts and team workouts, assisted the video coordinator with film collection and preparation of practices, games, and other events.
