2024 (Graduate Student): All-CAA Second Team... Appeared in and started all 14 games for the Seawolves... Led the team in caused turnovers with 17... Caused season and career-high five turnovers at Dartmouth on Mar. 5... Fielded 25 ground balls, good for fourth on the team... 

2023 (Senior): CAA All Championship Team Selection… Played in and started all 16 games… Caused 18 turnovers, second most on the team… Ranked fourth on the team with 46 ground balls… Scored one goal and added an assist… Fielded season-high five ground balls vs. Fairfield on April 22… Caused season-high four turnovers vs. Air Force on Feb. 24… Scored first goal of collegiate career vs. Fairfield on April 22.

2022 (Junior): 2022 All-America East Second Team… Appeared and started in 12 games… Totaled one assist and 21 ground balls, adding six caused turnovers.

2021 (Sophomore): First-Team All-America East... America East All-Rookie Team... America East All-Championship Team... Started all 14 games, tallying 23 ground balls and 14 caused turnovers.

2020 (Freshman): Earned second-team All-Freshman honors from College Crosse... America East Commissioner's Honor Roll... Started all seven games... Made collegiate debut as starter and contributed team-high-matching five ground balls as well as three caused turnovers in season-opening OT win vs. St. John's on Feb. 11.

AT MOUNT SINAI HIGH SCHOOL: All-state and all-county as junior and senior... Team posted combined 29-2 record during junior and senior seasons and earned No. 1 state ranking... Butch Dellecave Award nominee... Four-year letterwinner in lacrosse and football and five-year letterwinner in wrestling... Earned all-state in football as senior running back as well as section MVP... Three-time county wrestling champion and two-time state dual meet champion.

PERSONAL: Son of Lenore and Mike Sabella... Has three siblings, Rayna, Abigail and Joseph... Rayna is member of Stony Brook women's lacrosse team... Health science major.
