2022-23 (Graduate): Made her presence felt as a grad transfer in her first season at Stony Brook… started 30 games… fifth leading scorer on the squad with 9.2 points per game… finished second on the team with 2.6 assists per game… fourth on the team with 27.4 minutes per game…second on the team with 40 steals on the season averaging 1.3 per game… debuted with 15 points in season opener at Syracuse on November 7th… delivered 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting in conference opener vs. William & Mary on December 30th, helping team to its first CAA win… 10 points and 8 rebounds in rivalry win over Hofstra on January 1st… exploded for 20 points on 7-of-11 shooting against Charleston on January 26th… 14 points vs. Drexel on February 5th… key 12 points to help squad sweep Hofstra on February 12th… had string of four straight games in double figures to end February into March, capped by season-high 21 points at Monmouth on March 4th… 6 points against Elon in CAA tournament first round win on March 9th… put up 16 points against Northeastern in CAA quarterfinals on March 10th.

AT SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI: Appeared in 29 of 30 games, making 26 starts in her final season ... Ranked in the top 10 of Conference USA in assists with 109 helpers on the season .. Finished with 60 steals to rank at No. 5 in C-USA ... Led the Lady Eagles in assists in 14 games, including a season-high eight dimes in the second round of the C-USA Tournament ... exploded for a career-high 25 points on a 10-of-12 shooting effort at UAB (3/3) ... Scored in double-figures nine times ... Finished her season shooting 45.8 percent from the field, while averaging a career-best 8.3 PPG ... C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22). 

AT PEACH COUNTY: A multi-sport athlete from Peach County High School who played under Tamica Sneed ... Was a guard for the Trojans ... Lettered all four years in basketball ... Averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds her sophomore season and averaged 25.6 points her junior season with a free throw percentage of 68.2 and a field goal percentage of 46.4 ... A two-time MVP of the Middle Georgia All-Star Game ... A 1,000-point career scorer ... All-Region honoree as well as Region Player of the Year ... All-State selection ... Was a member of the Honor Roll ... Played on club team Columbus Blazers coached by Tim Marshall ... Won her region in the 100m dash and triple jump.

PERSONAL: Father, Sheldone, was the assistant coach for Daishai’s team during high school.
